These terms cover work that Katsa does for you. Katsa is a brand of Plaw, Inc., a Delaware corporation, and “we” in these terms means Plaw, Inc.

What the $900 covers

The home page sprint costs $900, one time. For that, we rebuild your home page inside the platform your site already runs on, using your own photos and facts. The sprint also includes a fix list for the rest of your site.

Timing

Your new page goes live on your site within seven days of your go-ahead. If we’re waiting on you for something, the date moves by the days we wait.

Payment

You see the finished page on your own site before it goes live and before you pay anything. Once it’s live, we send you a payment link, and you pay by card or invoice.

Redesign credit

We quote a full redesign per project, after the sprint. If you start one within 30 days of your page going live, we credit the $900 toward it.

Care Plus

Care Plus costs $349 a month. Each month it includes:

• A check of your forms and links, plus an automated accessibility scan
• Up to 3 hours of edits
• An accessibility review of the month’s new pages and posts
• Captions and transcripts for up to 15 minutes of new video
• A report on leads and search, plus site speed
• Replies within one business day

Care Plus has a three month minimum and then runs month to month. To cancel, email yaz@katsa.co with 30 days’ notice.

Your content and your site

Your content stays yours. We build inside your own account, so the site stays yours too. Every claim on a page we build comes from your site or from you, and we publish nothing you haven’t seen first.

Governing law

California law governs these terms.
