Do you have to rebuild the whole site?

No. We start with the smallest repair or completion path that can meet the written finish. If patching would cost more than a controlled rebuild, the scope says so before work starts.

What access do you need?

Only the access required for the agreed job. Staging, backups, temporary accounts, and client-controlled credentials are preferred wherever the platform allows them.

Can you work with the site we already have?

Usually. Send the URL, platform, what is wrong or unfinished, and anything already attempted. The first reply will say whether the existing setup is workable.
