Questions before access

Useful answers, before the job starts.

Will you replace the tools we already use?

Not by default. We first test whether the current tools can support the required flow. A new platform belongs in the scope only when it solves a confirmed limit.

Can you repair an automation someone else built?

Yes, if the workflow and required accounts can be inspected safely. The first milestone may be diagnosis when the failure cannot be reproduced from the outside.

What happens when an automated step fails?

The scope names the expected failure path. Depending on the job, that can mean a retry, an alert, a log, or a person reviewing the item before it moves on.

Send the current state and the finish you need.

A URL, file, screenshot, or rough message is enough for the first review.
