About Katsa

In short

Katsa is a web design studio in San Francisco for custom home builders and remodelers, run by its founder, Yaz Caleb, as a brand of Plaw, Inc. It rebuilds a builder’s home page inside the platform the site already runs on, such as Wix, Squarespace, WordPress or Duda, from the builder’s own photos and facts. It also builds full sites and offers a monthly care plan.

Full siteFrom $9,000Every page of the site, built the same way inside the client’s own account and quoted after the home page. If it starts within 30 days of the home page going live, the home page price comes off it.
Care Plus$349 a monthA check of forms and links every month plus an automated accessibility scan, up to 3 hours of edits, an accessibility review of the month’s new pages and posts, captions and transcripts for up to 15 minutes of new video, a monthly report on leads and search plus site speed, and replies within one business day.

The client sees the finished home page on their own site before it goes live and before paying anything. Payment is due once it’s live, by card or invoice, through a payment link Yaz sends.

Care Plus has a 3-month minimum and then runs month to month; cancel by email with 30 days’ notice. Katsa’s terms set out each of these in full.

How Katsa works

Every claim on a page Katsa builds comes from the client’s own site or from the client. Katsa invents nothing and publishes nothing the client hasn’t seen first.

Katsa builds inside the client’s own account, so the site stays the client’s. Who owns my website explains what that means for the account, the domain and the content.

Who runs Katsa

Yaz Caleb is Katsa’s founder and each client’s one point of contact, and replies within one business day on weekdays.
